f5point6 reviewed on Fringes of Sound...

'A Random Sequence of Events' by f5point6, the third and final instalment in a series of three releases from multidisciplinary artist R.Cleveland Aaron, reviewed by Laus Haur on the Fringes of Sound music blog covering the latest in independent experimental, ambient, noise, and other music that falls well outside the mainstream.

A new full-length album from f5point6 and also a timely reminder that, at his core, he is a visual artist, so as a producer of music, his aim is to create visual sounds. This is an exploration and personal interpretation of jazz, Detroit techno and ambient electronica set against the backdrop of a cinematic musical landscape. As a listening experience, 'A Random Sequence of Events' is as dynamic as it is immersive. This is music to lose yourself in, suspend time and pause for thought. 'A Random Sequence of Events' is also available in a limited edition compact disc version. Release date: 20 September 2024.
